- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sloppy, unprofessional staff. Expensive. Place was dirty and run-down when I went. My cat nearly died after routine visit for jab, although could just have been a coincidence. Staff made a comment about me not being able to afford a holiday when I paid there exorbitant bill, which they had bumped up for treatment that I had not authorised, and they seemed to find the fact that the cat was insured amusing.
